The Finance Business Partner or Finance Manager plays a crucial role within the organization, acting as a strategic partner to the Leadership Team. WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

As a Finance Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with the Leadership Team to shape financial strategies that support business goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Driving the performance management process and ensuring alignment with strategic initiatives.
• Guiding investment decisions to optimize market reach and revenue generation.
• Building strong relationships across functions, influencing stakeholders and ensuring effective communication.
• Developing and leading the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and talent development.
• Analyzing market dynamics and business functions to link financial impacts to organizational performance.
• Championing compliance and risk management to uphold internal controls and regulatory standards.
• With an entrepreneurial mindset, you will challenge existing processes and foster innovation, ensuring that financial strategies are agile and responsive to market changes.

WHAT YOU NEED IS:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field; CPA/CMA/CA qualification is a plus.
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years of experience in a financial, consultancy, or auditing role within a multinational organization.
• Sound knowledge of local GAAP and tax regulations, Strong understanding of financial planning, , credit & collections, forecasting, and analysis, with evidence of strategic business partnership.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing stakeholders in a matrix organization.
• Proficiency in English & French, with effective communication skills and the ability to present financial information clearly.
• A results-oriented mindset, consistently meeting and exceeding goals.
• Geographic flexibility and a strong desire to pursue an international career.
