About the Role

  • We are looking for a passionate Customer Success Manager (CSM) to help Shopify brands accelerate growth using our AI-driven WhatsApp marketing platform. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to 60+ brands, combining strategic marketing guidance with hands-on technical support to drive retention, adoption, and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage Portfolio: Serve as the dedicated advisor for 60+ accounts, focusing on retention and long-term success.
  • Strategy & Adoption: Build tailored success plans to ensure clients achieve business goals and adopt new features.
  • Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and increasing customer lifetime value.
  • Problem Solving: Proactively monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate with engineering to resolve challenges.
  • Communication: Liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders via phone, video, and email.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer insights to help product teams improve the platform.

Requirements

  • Language: Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
  • Experience: 4+ years of customer-facing experience (CSM, Account Management) with a track record of managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Industry Knowledge: Background in marketing, email marketing, or customer marketing advisory.
  • Skills: Strong ability to guide users through software platforms and solve unique problems creatively.
  • Commercial Awareness: Comfortable discussing renewals, upgrades, and cancellations.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with HubSpot, G-Suite, and LLM platforms (OpenAI, Claude, and Deepseek).
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (specifically Shopify) and email marketing tools.
  • Adaptability to a fast-paced AI startup environment.
