Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Specialist to manage the sourcing, purchasing, and vendor relationships necessary to support our operations. The ideal candidate will ensure cost-effective purchasing, maintain quality standards, and collaborate with internal teams to meet organizational needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Source, negotiate, and purchase goods and services in line with company policies
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Evaluate vendor performance based on price, quality, and delivery timelines
• Prepare and process purchase orders and contracts
• Monitor inventory levels and forecast purchasing needs
• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and company standards
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and other departments to support business goals

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, or a related field
• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management
• Good English proficiency required; able to communicate effectively in English (spoken and written) for business purposes
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and procurement systems
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with contract management
• Knowledge of local and international sourcing practices
