We are looking for talented bi-lingual Baristas and retail associates with top tier performance. We are dedicated to hiring outstanding individuals who share our passion for serving customers and preparing quality food and beverages.

The ideal retail associate is motivated, outgoing and committed to providing outstanding customer service. Amorino retail associates are enthusiastic about hand-crafting beautiful gelato flowers, specialty Italian coffee and other beverages while working in a fun, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all customers who walk through our doors
• Be knowledgeable and enthusiastic about gelato, coffee, dessert preparation and products
• Perform setup, cleanup, stock work and handling of food items
• Maintain high quality store operations

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, or equivalent (preferred)
• Customer service focused and solution oriented
• Need to be a fast learner, agile, and quick at hand-crafting gelato
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and co-workers
• Ability to work flexible schedules based on store needs
